How to record shipping fee

What is a Shipping Fee?

The shipping Fee is the entire cost used to ship items to a buyer.

  1. Login to your Simplebks (www.simplebks.com)

  2. Click on Transaction on the sidebar> Add New Records

  1. Enter the transaction Date and Description

  2. Transaction type( Money In)

  1. Category (shipping fee)

  2. Enter the Amount and Account( Cash or bank)

  1. Enter the Entity Name

  2. Click on Create Transaction

  1. Transaction created successfully

  2. Click on Print>To print the receipt or download the receipt as a PDF

  1. Select the mode of payment > Cash or bank 

    -If it is a bank payment, select the bank(Eco bank, Uba) and input the amount paid.

    -If it is a cash payment< click on Cash, and input the amount paid.

  2. Add Transaction.

  1. Transaction Created Successfully
