What is Drawings or Withdrawal?

This is the action of taking funds from the business for the personal use of the owners. Drawing can also include items that are removed from a business for personal use.

How to Record Withdrawals on Simplebks? 

  1. Login to your Simplebks www.simplebks.com

  1. Click on Transactions on the sidebar> Add New Record

  1. Enter the transaction Date and Description

  2. Transaction type( Money Out)

  1. Category (Withdrawal)

  2. Enter the Amount and Account( Cash or bank)

  1. Enter the Entity Name

  2. Click on Create Transaction

  1. Transaction created successfully

  2. Click on Print>To print the receipt or download the receipt as a PDF
