How to record drawings or owners withdrawal.

What is Drawings or Withdrawal?

This is the action of taking funds from the business either for the personal use of the owners. Drawing can also include items that are removed from a business for personal use.

How to record Drawings or Owners' withdrawals on Simplebks? 

1. Click on Add New Records

2. Select Transaction type> Outflow

3. Choose what transaction took money out of the business> Click on Withdrawal

4. Enter the "Entity Name" or Create New Customer

5. Enter the Description> Cash Withdrawal

6. Enter the Amount of money being withdrawn

7. The current Date is loaded by default but you can edit it.

8. Click on Create Transaction

9. Select the mode of payment > Cash or bank 

   -If it is a bank payment, select the bank(Eco bank, Uba) and input the amount paid.

   -If it is a cash payment< click on Cash, and input the amount paid.

10. Click on Add Transaction
