Introduction To Invoicing Page

Our Simplebks Invoicing page is a dedicated space where you can create and manage invoices, specifically designed to help you generate professional-looking documents that request payment for goods or services you've provided.  On the left navigation menu, click on Invoicing to view the Invoice page.

Overview Of The Invoicing Page

  1. Draft- An unfinished version of a financial document or transaction. When a document, such as an invoice, purchase order, or financial report, is in draft status, it means it is still being edited, reviewed, or awaiting approval before it is considered complete. Click on New Invoice> Fill up the Invoice details> Save Invoice as draft

  2. Paid- To track and record the completion of payment for invoices, bills, or other financial transactions. When a transaction is marked as "paid," it signifies that the corresponding amount has been received and accounted for in the financial records. Click on New Invoice> Fill up the Invoice details> Preview

  3. Awaiting payment- This signifies that the customer or client has received the document and is expected to make the payment within the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  4. Overdue- Gives a reminder that the payment has not been received within the specified time frame. Track outstanding payments that have exceeded their due dates

  5. Add the Bill to, the Issued Date, Due Date, and Amount.

  6. Status- Void, Draft, Paid, or Awaiting payment

  7. Actions- To View, Resend, or Duplicate

With the invoicing page, the business can effectively manage its billing and payment process, enhance cash flow management, and provide valuable insights into revenue performance. By automating this invoicing process, the business can save valuable time and reduce manual errors, allowing efficient generation and distribution of invoices, and eliminating the need for manual calculations and paperwork.
