Creating an Invoice on Simplebks: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to your Simplebks account at http://app.simplebks.com.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Sales & Invoicing’ on the left side of the dashboard.

Step 3: Click on 'Create Invoice.'

Step 4: Enter Invoice Details:

  • Invoice Description: Provide a brief description of the invoice.

  • Customer Name: Enter the customer's name or create a new customer.

Step 5: Add Item Details:

  • Item: Specify the item on the invoice.

  • Unit Price: Enter the unit price of the item.

  • Quantity: Indicate the quantity of the item.

Step 6: Additional Options:

  • Add Note and Add Discount: Include notes or discounts for specific items.

  • New Line: Click to add more items to the invoice.

  • Add Terms and Note: Include any additional terms or notes.
