Creating an Invoice on Simplebks: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log in to your Simplebks account at http://app.simplebks.com.
Step 2: Navigate to 'Sales & Invoicing’ on the left side of the dashboard.
Step 3: Click on 'Create Invoice.'
Step 4: Enter Invoice Details:
Invoice Description: Provide a brief description of the invoice.
Customer Name: Enter the customer's name or create a new customer.
Step 5: Add Item Details:
Item: Specify the item on the invoice.
Unit Price: Enter the unit price of the item.
Quantity: Indicate the quantity of the item.
Step 6: Additional Options:
Add Note and Add Discount: Include notes or discounts for specific items.
New Line: Click to add more items to the invoice.
Add Terms and Note: Include any additional terms or notes.
Step 7: Calculate Invoice Totals:
Subtotal: Automatically calculated based on item details.
Add Discount, Add Commission, Add Delivery, Add Tax, Add Others: Adjust these as needed.
